The New Volkswagen - Moving People Forward

We joined the Volkswagen Powerhaus at the very start, tasked with developing a design world that would work seamlessly through a variety of touchpoints. Our challenge was to create a digital-first system that is flexible enough to provide consumers with a consistent experience regardless of their personal journey, leveraging equity and bringing the new brand signals together in a cohesive, adaptable and efficient graphic system.

 Design Essence: The Line Approach

Inspired by VW's electric range's signature headlights and futuristic look & feel, we transform the line in the foundation for our designs. Intentionally simple yet pleasantly surprising, the line follows our key principles: openness, precision and simplification. By embracing the concept of 'Moving People Forward' and the ethos of 'Reduce to the Essentials', the line refers back to the product itself, representing our commitment on guiding consumers with clarity and delight into the future.
